Your order will first take 3-5 business days to process. Then, depending on your shipping preference selected at checkout, your order could take 1-14 business days to arrive.
You will be provided with a tracking number after we have shipped your package.

If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please contact us via email at silentsparrowdesigns@gmail.com to confirm that the item is in stock. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, but ordering with expedited shipping DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately. Additional rush fees may apply.
Upon checkout, you can view the esimated shipping cost for your item internationally depending on your shipping preference. All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. SSD has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are imposed by the receiving country and are based on the retail value of the invoice. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). SSD is unable to provide refunds for international orders if a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender. Any fees that SSD incurs in this or similar scenario will be billed to the recipient. All international orders are final sale.
